100% amateur cooper however.
Ripped the end out and gave it a pressure wash.

Also fancies pellicles.

Just a heads up for those who have forgotten about their cubes of beer. There are 4 cubes still to be picked up.

Apologies Smurto, struggling to get the time to get up there at the moment.
Won't be till next weekend for me unless someone can grab mine this weekend for me.

Anyone tasted the IPA yet? I dry hopped mine with~200g of EKG.

This is an interesting beer. So much funk going on, Brad would be proud. Surprised by the malt presence, I thought this would get wiped out by the funk. Brett is actually less dominant than other funky organisms so not too horsey. Yet.

Yeah. I'm about halfway through my keg of it. Also dry hopped it with 200g of EKG.
Certainly has a lot of depth and complexity given the simplicity of the recipe.
Also fancies pellicles.

School holidays the next 2 weeks so I'll be mostly at home if the last 2 cubes can be picked up.
