Baja Mango Chilli Sauce
« on: October 08, 2017, 04:24:01 AM »
I dug this recipe out for someone on another page and thought i'd post it for you guys.

It's simple, quick and versatlie. Provides a sweet, spicy dab on sauce for cooking or spreading on food. Great dipper for finger foods etc.
It's on the HOT side as written, so if you are a bit woossie tone it down some.

My favourite Mango Chillie Sauce Bajan style.

Mix 8-12 seeded haberneros
couplea birdseyes,
couplea jalepenos,
5 tablespoons rice wine vinegar in the whizzer and mince till liquid.

Add slowly,
1 large 800 gm can mango's drained,
1 cup american hotdog mustard
1/4 cup dark brown or maidera sugar
1 tablespoon Keens Curry powder
2 teaspoons Cumin
3/4 tablespoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cracked 4 pepercorn mix.

Mix in the blender and bottle.

That could burn the SUN if you spread it on it you @#$%!! Bahahaha!!

Whatever you spread or coated something in with that mix would cause most humans some pain of sorts along the digestive train I would think.
I do commend the recipe maker on how well disguised it looks colour-wise in the bottles though.  ;)

Cheers,

Lusty.
Awesome beer is just around the corner. I'll meet you there!

It's not hot like a Tabasco but has some burn like a sriracha. It's full of flavour.

Don't know much about cocks, but if you're into exotic stuff, chuck in a bit of fenugreek, that will irreversibly change your life.

I'm no expert on cocks either, i mean i know how to drive one and how to maintain it, but that's about as far as it goes.

Not really sure how cocks got into the thread.....

Thank you kindly.

I was really wondering as labels hasn't got a fuckwit classification on this end and it seemed pretty out of place.
