APA with lots of late addition galaxy, very good drop if I may say so myself. Brewed a couple slabs for Xmas and decided to keep a few beers for myself.

Dez's raspberry IPA.

Ken tasty! The fruit works so well in this beer. Great hop flavour/aroma with enough body to balance it nicely. Dangerously easy to drink.

Glad you enjoyed it. I'm definitely brewing this again it's been going down so well the keg wont last long.
Also fancies pellicles.

Certainly.  I take no credit for this recipe. I found it on YouTube.  Sounded too good no to try. I don't have my notes but here is the original recipe, I tweaked mine as all brewers do.

Citra & Raspberry IPA Smoothie
74% 4.5kg Maris Otter (I used 5kg)
4% 250g Crystal 60      (I used 300g of random crystal from sabsosa)
4% 250g Carapils          (again I bumped to 300g)
10%  600g Rolled Oats  (I used one 750g bag of oats from woolies)
500g Lactose  @5          (I stuck with that)

20g Apollo @ 45            (I went  25g Warrior @ 60 from memory,  I'll need my notes for iBU's 60+?)
30g Citra @ 15
70g Citra @ 0
200g Citra Dry hop for 3 days at end of fermentation.

Recipe calls for 2.1kg Raspberries at day 4.
I chucked 2kg in on day 2 due to work.

Starting gravity on mine was 1064 and finished at 1022. Not including the raspberries in the og, so 7+%.
I used 1056.
Next batch will be a double and split it. One with 1056 and one with Brett. I'm really keen to try Brett on this.
Also fancies pellicles.
